Asset Types: Multi-family and mixed-use projects.

Target Locations: Within a one-hour drive of major East Coast metropolitan areas:

Greater Boston Area: Includes the North Shore (Salem, Beverly, Newburyport), South Shore (Quincy, Plymouth), and competitive suburban corridors (Malden, Melrose, Framingham, Concord).

NC Triangle: Core focus on Raleigh, Durham, and Cary, extending to high-growth towns like Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Pittsboro, and Hillsborough.

Project Scope: Any deal size. Includes raw land (permitted/non-permitted), infill sites, tear-downs, and brownfields or challenging sites.

Partnerships: Open to joint ventures with experienced operators committed to quality and sustainability.
